Nbagee Terms and Conditions

Nbagee (nbagee.app) is an online Sports Betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Nbagee and its users.

• Nbagee may request proof of age at any time.
• If a user is identified as a minor, their account will be suspended immediately.
• All transactions on underage accounts will be considered void.
• A note for parents: please take the necessary steps to prevent your children from accessing this platform.

Deposits on Nbagee can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally instant — funds are credited to your account within seconds, or a few minutes at most.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).

If unusual or suspicious deposit patterns are detected, Nbagee reserves the right to verify or suspend the account.

Nbagee aims to make the withdrawal process as fast and straightforward as possible. Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are completed within 15 to 30 minutes.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer due to identity verification.
• During peak hours (on nights with major matches), processing may take up to 1–2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold if the bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

If a transaction appears suspicious or fraud is suspected, Nbagee reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals and conduct an investigation. If you are found to be innocent, all funds will be returned in full.

Once a bet is confirmed on Nbagee, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If the odds change while you are placing your bet, the odds at the time of confirmation will apply.

• Odds change quickly in live betting — always check the odds before your bet is confirmed.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If an event result is changed (e.g., following a review), Nbagee will settle bets according to the revised outcome.
• Nbagee reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a system error or technical issue.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳10, and the maximum varies by event.
• For parlay or multi-bets, all selections must win for the payout to be awarded.

Nbagee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once.
• Withdrawals are not permitted until the specified wagering requirement on the bonus amount has been met.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific bet types — this is outlined in each bonus's terms.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address is prohibited.
• Nbagee reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse is suspected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Nbagee platform. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any funds held.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets for the purpose of abusing bonuses.
• Participating in match fixing or coordinated fraud.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or gain unauthorized access.
• Bets are placed using another user's account information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial transactions.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. All pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed.

Nbagee also reserves the right to suspend an account if:

• A serious breach of the Terms occurs.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity is found.
• Age verification fails or false information is provided.
• Prolonged inactivity (no transactions for 12+ months).

To re-register after an account has been closed, you will need to contact Nbagee. Accounts closed due to a breach of Terms & Conditions may not be eligible for reopening.
